Petit Sophisticate

Finn is diving into the culinary arts by requesting we read a full issue of Bon Appetit every morning. Quite honestly, he is mostly interested in the car ads, pictures of wine (they must be drinking at day care... this child can spot a bottle of wine from 100 yards away), and the page we have dubbed the "Crazy Frau." (see above) And anything that remotely looks like pizza - pie, tarts, bite-size waffles, etc. - are consistenly pointed out as, yes, "pizza!"
Tonight we looked through the December issue of Parenting magazine, with its very intriguing Glade candle ad. Finn repeatedly put his hand over the paper flames and exclaimed "heiss!"

It's Bathtime, Boys!

We had our friends Kristi, Adam, and Liam over for a fun evening and decided to treat the boys to a dual bath. It went something like this...

Are you serious? We're bathing together? Is this a good idea?

I know I've seen you before, but never so exposed.

Ok, now that we're over the nude factor, we can have some fun.

Hmmm... Liam looks a little too dry for my liking.

Perhaps a larger cup would be more efficient.

This should do it!

Spork

Most of you have probably come across a handful of sporks throughout your daily life. They are a staple at junior high cafeterias, and, according to Wikipedia, "they are commonly used by fast food restaurants, prisons, and backpackers." So, obviously, Finn is in good company. He developed his own take on the spork tonight in an attempt to eat rice more efficiently. This highlights both his inventiveness and passion for food. If only the spork hadn't been patented decades earlier...

A Tuesday at the Park

No funny stories to go along with these. They were just too darn cute not to post.
