Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do

A Gerber Grob Production

The Pacific River

We took a trip to the Oregon coast while Omi and Opa were here. Although, according to Finn, it was a river. Despite 60 degree weather with more than a hint of wind, into the river we went. Had I not trekked out after him, Finn would be swimming somewhere near the coast of Singapore right now.

They're baaaaaack!

Finn's Omi and Opa hopped off a plane from Germany and got right on another to Portland. Saying that Finn loved having them around for two weeks is an understatement. First thing he did every morning was dash right into their bedroom and jump up on the bed. I'm guessing Opa's cool radio had something to do with that.

Things Finn Accomplished During the Visit:
* Watched baseball on the Ipod with Opa
* Learned to play golf (more like extreme hockey)
* Ate a massive amount of fish
* Performed numerous guitar concerts (thankyouyou'rewelcome)

Rock Star

Yes, the guitar playing and singing are cute, but there are other subtleties in this video that make Finn a hit. Check out the eye movements after he adjusts his hat. And, yes, he says "Thank you!" after we clap - HA! Not sure where he learned that one, but it was quite funny. It's as if he's been doing this for years. You've been a gracious audience - Finn will be back next week.

Method Acting

Method acting is a technique in which actors aim to engender in themselves the thoughts and emotions of their characters in an effort to create lifelike performances. Thus far, Finn has perfected three characters, which are displayed below.
